Chop the garlic and onion and brown them in a pan with the oil. Dice the tomatoes after having skinned them and removed their seeds. Add them to the onion and garlic mixture along with the basil leaves and cook for three minutes. Season with salt to taste. Now dice the Mozzarella cheese. |
