Tortellini ai Formaggi and Parma ham in pink cream

A smooth, delicate cream that brings together Parma ham, one of the best-known foods of Italian tradition, and Tortellini ai Formaggi.
INGREDIENTS
Tortellini ai Formaggi La Collezione Barilla

Whipping cream
250
g
Parma ham
150
g
Butter
50
g
Cherries tomato
8
Chopped italian parsley
to taste

PREPARATION
1. Cut the ham into strips, then slice the cherry tomatoes.

2. Brown the ham in the butter, add the cream and tomatoes; cook for about two minutes.

3. Cook the Tortellini ai Formaggi La Collezione Barilla in plenty of salted water, drain, then dress with the cream; sprinkle over some chopped parsley.

CHEF'S NOTE
For a less acidic taste, use tomato sauce instead of the cherry tomatoes.
