Tortellini ai Formaggi with chives

Chives are known for their delicate flavour (more subtle than that of onions), which perfectly combines with the marked taste of Tortellini ai Formaggi.
INGREDIENTS
Tortellini ai Formaggi La Collezione Barilla

Sour cream

Basil

Chives

Italian parsley

branch
Salt
to taste
Pepper
to taste

PREPARATION
1. Heat the cream over a low flame, then add the finely-chopped chives, parsley and basil.

2. Cook the Tortellini ai Formaggi La Collezione Barilla in plent of salted water, drain, then dress with the sauce; add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.

CHEF'S NOTE
For best results, use a few tablespoons of each herb. Decorate the plates with a few fresh leaves of each herb.
