Egg pudding

Just a few simple ingredients are needed to make this delicious, substantial dessert
INGREDIENTS
Sugar
60
g
Flour
50
g
Eggs
3
Milk
half
a litre
Marsala wine
half
a glass

PREPARATION
1. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar. Add the flour a little at a time, then the milk and Marsala, beating the mixture all the while.

2. Cook the mixture over a slow heat, continuing to mix until it is thick.

3. Pour into a pudding basin moistened with Marsala, leave to cool then place in the fridge for at least two hours.

4. On serving, tip the pudding onto a serving dish.

CHEF'S NOTE
It is a good idea to decorate the serving dish with fresh biscuits and slices of fresh fruit; the pudding will seem more inviting and its flavour enhanced.
