New Year's Eve Menu


The most magical night of the year deserves a special menu, featuring light fish dishes, perfect for awaiting the arrival of midnight together with friends and family. The meal begins with an antipasto of raw swordfish garnished with slices of orange. And in Italy no New Year's celebration would be complete without lentils, which, along with shrimp, are featured in a surprising first-course dish, followed by calamari kebabs served on a bed of rucola and a delightful salad of rucola and sautéed nuts. The meal is concluded with a traditional panettone cake filled with a delicious mascarpone filling.
