| A place that is worth a visit is a restaurant in Piedmont, in the heart of the Langhe region, where there still is respect for tradition and where the culture for the land's products is strong, and the passion for wine dwells everywhere. This restaurant, for over seventy years, has been keeping high the banner of genuineness and the knowledge of how to obtain the best from raw materials, many of which come from biological cultivations. |

We are fifty kilometres from Cuneo, in a farmhouse, which has been expertly restored and furnished with antique pieces of furniture belonging to the family. The restaurant's guests will also find rooms where they can stay overnight. Managed by the Rocca family, in the restaurant each day you will experience the ritual of genuine cuisine that is loyal only to itself, where variations are not only dictated by different trends, but by the seasons. During the summer months you can eat outside under the shade of the pergola.
A warm welcome, elegance and care for the surroundings make this restaurant, with its cuisine and wine chart a thoroughly recommended visit. To accompany unique dishes, you may choose among the most important wine labels of the region as well as the rest of Italy.
Besides à la carte, there also is the possibility of choosing a savouring menu. |

Dishes are in line with the Piedmont region tradition, with excellent meat that is strictly local such as rabbit stew with sesame and Monfortina lamb, or ox tail with Barolo. Among first course dishes are the famous Tajarin (Piedmont's tagliatelle) with tomatoes and basil together with the ravioli del plìn. All deserts are really wonderful. A must is the almond and nut cake with toffee crème, preceded by a tea trolley with Piedmont's outstanding cheese. |
