Cracco Peck
|
| The ancient building in Via Victor Hugo in Milan, once the headquarters of the historic Peck with its hams hanging from the ceiling and marble counters displaying the best selections of Italian Parmigiano Reggiano, transformed and let in a fairytale place. A place built underground with seemingly impressively high ceilings gained by lighting tricks and stratagems of knowledgeable architects. |

The restaurant is made up by a small lounge and two small dining rooms, on the walls cherry wood wainscotings immediately warm the atmosphere, while lamps near the tables complete the elegant work.
Carlo Cracco's creativity shines in the kitchen, as one of the youngest and most promising Italian chefs, who has worked with Marchesi, Ducasse, Pinchiorri and Senderens. Peck is a perfect fusion between one of the greatest chefs in the country and one of the oldest restaurants in Italy, between creativity and tradition. A very successful combination as is revealed by the symphony of flavours and colours you can experience at any lunch or dinner in this special place.
The wine chart is up to the situation with grand labels and the possibility of sampling wine.
The bill is around 90 euro. |

We are in front of genuine master cuisine: to start off we suggest a ham roulade with truffles and endive. To continue an exceptional egg with truffles delicately cooked with candied lemon and mullet with black salsify. |
