DON ALFONSO 1890

The excellent creative cuisine and attention to the presentation of the dishes have made this restaurant, looking out over the two gulfs of Naples and Salerno the most prestigious address in the south of Italy. Merit of husband and wife team Alfonso and Livia Iaccarino, who rework traditional Mediterranean recipes using only products from their organic farm.
Speciality: Fusilli pasta with baby tuna, green chilli peppers and processed roe, wheel of swordfish with lavender, red potatoes stuffed with oysters. Amongst the desserts: frivolezza with a white chocolate mousse.
Wine cellar: about 1500 prevalently Italian labels with incursions into European and Californian wines.

DONNA ROSA

An elegant setting and gourmet cuisine for this restaurant managed by chef Raffi Savino. The specialities include antipasto of raw artichokes with lemon and roasted calamari, ravioli stuffed with ricotta in a butter and lemon sauce and a Limoncello cup with sponge soaked in the coast's typical liqueur sprinkled with crème patissière.

HOSTARIA DI BACCO

In a picturesque village high above the sea, a restaurant with a beautiful terrace where excellent land and sea cuisine prepared by Erminia and Rosa Ferraioli can be savoured. The proposals include the traditional seafood scialatielli, smoked provola cheese and rabbit, both cooked in lemon leaves.

LA VOLPE PESCATRICE

Splendid view of the sea and a very elegant setting for this restaurant where the chef Gerardo Savo prepares theme menus with products typical of the coast such as lemon. The proposals include pasta ribbons sautéed with anchovies and lemon julienne strips, and biscuit with a lemon cream centre.

DA GEMMA

This Amalfi trattoria with its attractive terrace overlooking the cathedral is famous for the fish soup accompanied by wheat biscuits. The customers choose the fresh fish at the counter and Mario Grimaldi, chef and owner of the restaurant, prepares them on the spot.
