The Shape
Made in the time-honored manner, with selected wheat and scrupulously executed production processes, the delicious Mini Farfalle is a diminutive pasta form inspired by the light form of the butterfly ("Farfalle" means butterflies in italian). Cut into little squares, the pasta is pinched together in the center, making it thicker at that point, while the "wings" remain thinner. Suggestions for use
